Trend on.
Cash when it fades.

TAILWIND TREND  >>

Tailwind Trend is a bot-run crypto vault on Aster, sponsored by 2Blue Capital. It holds liquid coins while their trends last and goes to cash when they fade.

The account owner is a former commodity trading advisor. The bot places the trades. Posts that start with a robot are the bot. Everything else is the person.

Not advice. Perps can lose the deposit.

The rules

Set in advance. The bot does not take a discretionary view. A change is written down before it is used.

UniverseEach day, liquid crypto perpetuals ranked by trailing 30-day volume. Up to the top 20 that also clear a $50 million volume floor and have been listed 100 days. Bitcoin is always eligible. A name that drops out stays until it falls past rank 30.
SignalA completed daily trend model. In every backtest the book has been long or cash. A short sleeve is a separate paper trial and is not this vault.
RegimeWhen bitcoin closes below its 100-day average, the book is flat.
SizeScaled toward an about 30% annualized volatility target. Gross exposure capped at 1.5x. Any one coin capped at 0.8x on the paper book.
StopTwo times average true range, checked on the daily close.
BrakesDown 30% from the peak, size is cut in half until the book is back within 25% of the peak. Down 50% from the peak, the book goes flat and trading stops.
When it tradesOnce a day, after the 00:00 UTC close, and only when a target moves enough to matter or a signal flips.

Hypothetical result

Hypothetical, not a prediction of results. Not live trading. Past hypothetical results are not future results. Two windows are shown. Neither one is hidden.

Hypothetical, not a prediction. Full history is not a substitute for the walk-forward number. Walk-forward is not the full-period figure. Not the vault.

1× 2× 4× 6× 7× 2020 2022 2023 2024 2025 2026

Gold is the full history of the recommended rules. Gray is bitcoin buy-and-hold. Both start at 1 on 31 Dec 2020. By 27 Sep 2026 the strategy finished at 7.05× and bitcoin at 2.92×. This is the whole run, including years the rules were fit on. It is not the walk-forward line.

1x2x3x 202120222023202420252026

Blue is the walk-forward strategy. Gray is bitcoin buy-and-hold over that same later window. Both start at 1 on 31 Dec 2021. By 27 Sep 2026 the strategy finished near 3.02× and bitcoin near 1.83×. Walk-forward is the stretch that was not used to design the rules. It is a separate line from the gold one, not a slice of it. Putting both on one scale would squash this chart: the gold line ends near 7×.

The same chart, and the live book once a daily close exists, is on the book page. A paper book has been marked since 28 September 2026. It is not money in the vault, and it is not shown here as a track record.
